Hatsun Badminton Centre is a world-class academy in Thiruthangal, Tamilnadu, India. The non-profit centre has been established under HAP Sports Trust and is funded through the CSR activity of Hatsun Agro Product Limited (HAP) for the promotion of sports. The centre has been created as a platform for aspiring youngsters to reach the highest levels in the sport. For this purpose, a world-class infrastructure has been set up and is led by a knowledgeable, skilled, and passionate team. Our Vision is to create champion athletes. With a holistic approach toward enhancing our player’s Physical, Technical, Psychological, and Social skill sets, we train them to face the challenges in their journey to excellence. From Inner Growth Sessions, Individualised Training to creating conducive environments, we have many tools in our arsenal to help our trainees become World Class Champions.

We congratulate our players - Rithvik Sanjeevi and Arunesh H who represented SRM University and won Bronze medals at the All India Inter-University Tournament. The tournament was held at Mohali from 15th to 20th March 2022.

Hatsun has always strived to help our players overcome challenges and strengthen their game, by laying down a foundation that will grow at every stage of their extensive training process.

Ajith has over 35 years of experience in the sport. He has 7 National titles and a World Championship title under his belt. The former Architect and entrepreneur is also a trained NLP practitioner and excellent communicator. Under his able guidance, and mentorship, the Centre has already started producing National and International Players. It is his mission to identify, nurture and create champions the country can be proud of.

Rajini is a former state player with over 30 years of experience of which 20 years is as a coach. He’s a qualified NIS/OGQ coach. His strength is in creating detailed and specific individual and group training programs based on player needs. Rajini, who quit his secure government job, along with his able team, is driven by the passion and desire to create badminton champions who will dominate the world stage.
