  • Introspection/Journalling

    • Daily introspection and journaling help trainees monitor and become aware of their daily progress and make necessary changes where required.

    • Trainees are given assignments where they need to ‘introspect and write’ on varied topics that help them get a better understanding of their thoughts/beliefs/values.

  • Meditation/Mindfulness

    • To help create a gap between the ‘SELF’ and the ‘MIND/BODY’ that will deepen their understanding of themselves and life.

    • Breathing Skills, Focus and Concentration Building, Mindfulness, and Chanting.
